Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrap Machines
Semi-Automatic machines require operator interface to attach the stretch film, select the wrap parameters, and cut the film at the end of the cycle. Turntable machines are portable, have a smaller footprint, and are perfect for many applications. Featured Semi-Automatic: WSML-200.
The workhorse of the stretch wrapping industry, the WSML-200 is equipped with a 12 RPM turntable and has a 5000# load capacity.
Automatic Stretch Wrap Machines
The automatics attach the film at the beginning of the cycle and at the end they cut and wipe the film to the pallet. All the operator does is drop the load and pull the actuation lanyard. This is a huge step up in production capability.
Featured Automatic: WRTA-150
The WRTA-150 model, an automatic rotary tower as the ideal stretch wrapping solution for your unique needs. Since the load remains stationary, the WRTA-150 is ideal for wrapping very light, very heavy, tall or unstable loads. The WRTA-150 has no weight limit since the loads are right on the floor.
Automatic Conveyorized Stretch Wrap Machines
The conveyorized automatics can be loaded and unloaded by a forklift, or they transmit loads from palletizers or existing conveyor. We provide the consultation and programming for a turnkey delivery. These machines have virtually unlimited flexibility.

The WCAT-450 features a 15 RPM turntable and a 30 RPM rotary arm for a total of 45 RPM! It is extremely fast and geared for high production output.
